  What a great bloke, came to my house in the snow, after working god knows how many hours over the last couple of snowy, freezing days. He knew what my boiler problem was, and fixed it. Then he stayed until he was absolutely sure that everything was working. The cup of tea was greatly deserved. I highly recommend James, he knows what he is doing.

  Shocking ! We are a National company who supplies reactive maintenance to well known nationwide companies. Failed to attend a call out as instructed with no communication . Tried to contact him all day to chase finally got hold of him only to be told he had a problem with his van, no thought to advise us so we could inform our important customer and source another plumber . Would avoid using if you want good customer service.

  Following a failure of our boiler on a very cold and snowy Sunday we put calls in to various local and national gas plumbers/breakdown companies. Very few answered the phone and of the ones that did no one was available/interested in attending, until we came across JBB Plumbing and Heating. Clara explained that James was already out on a number of breakdowns due to the weather but would attend at 16:00 that day. True to their word James attended at 16:00 and quickly diagnosed the fault. By 10:00 the next morning we were given prices for various repair/replacement options. We decided on a replacement boiler due to the age of our existing boiler and booked this in for fitting two days later. Again James arrived exactly on time with the new boiler and by the afternoon we had heating and hot water again! He explained the controls very clearly, assisted in registering the boiler for its warranty and left our home very tidy, taking all his waste/packaging with him. We could not be happier with the service we received and will not hesitate in recommending them to our family and friends.
